New Year New Plans
Wow its been a while I do not know how long it has been since I have used this blog. I honestly did not know if I would keep it for the next part of our life. But I think this is as much Homeschooling as it is living. So Let me talk for a moment of what 2017 looks like for our family. At the end of this week C. Leaves for an 8 month work trip. He will be traveling to Flordia, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, West Virgina, And Georgia. We will be meeting him up in different locations also traveling through and sight seeing. Its going to be some of the coolest trips so far in our lifes. And if things go well this will be our life. RVing on the road, homeschooling the works. On top of that I am currently getting into my Bachlors of History degree at Sam Houston Univeristy. ( notice its a history degree and not a english degree ;D ) Its going to Full of Fun. Also where we are in Homeschooling. We moved on to Bookshark Kindergarten package usuing Math Horizons and its been going amazing I think the science is a little more advance than the rest of the other parts but thats ok were working on that at a slower pace. Im actually hoping To be updating with photos and tons of videos ... Im supposed to also let you know my Cookies will be high because of this Since I will be importing from 3rd party web sites like Youtube. Thank you

Hey back from Hiatus
Sorry about the lack of Posting I hope I can get back to doing what I love. Most of the fun stuff will happen in the later part of the year when Delilah will turn 4. I know most people dont consider this homeschooling. But When you know your going to be doing this for years to come. I suggest you keep that opinion to yourself in Texas If I waited until the age they are supposed to be in school then It would be 1st or 2nd grade and by then many children have already been in a Public institute 3-4 years. Think about that.
Our Goals for the year is to Enroll her into theatre and Martial Arts through the City. Were already freinds with both teachers so were really excited that shes going to be of age this year. Once again for my birthday we got a zoo membership and have already started enjoying the Nice Spring weather. Somethings have changed. Were almost through collecting the bookshark program so we can start that. And we signed up and paid for Spiral Scouts. I still have a goal of finding left handed siccors. for delilah were almost worked through some of our activity books. So thats Exciting. Shes getting the 3 year old attitude problems thats starting a tad late.
Were moving out of my grandmothers house for a little while I know that sounds silly but we needed a break and a chance to let my girls have room to play again. When she needs us we will come back and help her but Right now we need to focus a little bit on becoming a better family unit than we have since we moved in here to help her. Most of our supplies are in the storage unit which have made our once daily routine almost moot.
Im really hoping 2016 is the year we come back from 2014 <3

BOOKS
Head start Preschool =D
I am so excited things are starting to pick up. I wish I was more Organized to be able to offer anyone following me a better way of showing what we do and Giving you things to do as well. I printed out a Attendance Chart Its for my own personal record to see What days we worked and what days we did nothing. I just color in the block when We do it like give it a sticker And say Whoo hoo =D I go to my calendar I set up on my door and repeat with the girls What today is. I also then print our a Coloring page that says the date on it to reinforce Day month year. We are really focusing on Calender's and Counting past 11. Instead of Going with a boxed Cirrculm At least for the next 6 months Im going with my own thing. I bought a bunch of books. Arther, Clifford the dog, curious george, anything I remember reading in elementary school. And I Read 3 books or 1 chapter out of a chapter book a day. Even if they don't seem to be paying me any attention playing I make sure there are no other noises to distract and I read out loud to them. I love it. So far Delilah is doing great last night she was playing with letter magnates on the fridge holding up letters like P is for Pizza H is for haircut. She is picking it up. And it shows. We have tons of hands on Items to use and with sissy So their both benefiting. Delilah plays with wooden puzzles that spell words and sissy strings beads.

Starting to plan For August.
This week I was able to go to lakeshore learning and grab a calender I am going to start focusing On getting them to know Seasons, Weather, Days of the week, Months of the year, And calender. we May keeo track of how many days without Rain we have had to go with it.
And some Items I have to use. Math games, German Little Pim, And Art studio, REading for understanding it pretty easy and comes with plastic sleeves/ I also started working on setting up my Binders. 
School starts for many August.
So we are out gathering Items here latley. I got to attend the free day at THSC Convention. I will say The Christian Works were really over populating everything else And they blew my mind have a Anti Abortion stall there. Boy Scouts were there, Lots of really interesting Things to look at. Some of my favorite companys were there. Like The Critical thinking company. I saw people walking away with bags of items. One had a bag full of Hank the cow dog. But I Also Found a new Study I want to get and use with both of the girls. Its called the home grown preschooler. I can use it with both my kids. It can come PDF or loose leaf paper that you can put into a binder. Its great It gives you ideas to do and a shopping list to gt it done each month with. I can always do a more formal work with them as they get older and at least this one I can include Sissy into it and use it on her until she is ready for more.
Its not much But I bought some more paint and buckets to help with the school year.
